The Grounds of Alexandria, a landmark coffee roastery, is located in a former industrial precinct from the 1920s. Spanning approximately an acre within the inner west suburb of Alexandria, The Grounds is home to a café, sustainable garden, research and education facility, artisan bakery and a small animal farm. I shot this featured collection in April 2016.
